Flash of Genius is an upcoming film directed by Marc Abraham and starring Greg Kinnear, Dermot Mulroney, and Lauren Graham. The screenplay was written by Philip Railsback with revisions by director Abraham and Scott Frank, and based on a New Yorker article of same title by John Seabrook. The film has been completed and is set to be released on October 3, 2008. It is rated PG-13 for brief strong language by the MPAA.

Plot

Robert Kearns takes on the Detroit automakers who he claims stole his idea for the intermittent windshield wiper.
